• Start with Target groups Needs
• Establish the Real Problem
• Brainstorm Tasks needed with the developers
• Formulate a Solution Strategy
• Create a Visualization of that solution
• Client Confirmation of that visualization
• Create a Detailed View for what to do next
• Do It (to be expanded later)
• Rinse and repeat …
