Starz have greenlit a new TV series called Camelot. It is a contemporary retelling of the Arthurian legend by the team behind successes like Tudors, Life on Mars, Torchwood, The Departed and the upcoming The Tourist. It will air first half of 2011 and the order is for 10 episodes.
“Camelot” will be based on Thomas Malory’s 15th century book,” Le Morte d’Arthur” – still considered the definitive work on the subject. But that’s only a starting point; “Camelot” will weave authenticity into a modern telling of the Arthur legends that is relatable to contemporary audiences.broker binäre optionen forum
