Weekly Journal April 11-17 2011

Hello,

It has been an interesting week. I went to Gothenburg on a technology meeting and we dined at the Royal Bachelors’ Club one evening. The club was founded in 1769 and might be the third oldest in the world. Very fine food and company.

This week I received some late birthday gifts from my wishlist. Thank you B. I have wanted to read Australian author Marianne de Pierres since she came highly recommended for my Formidable Female Protagonists Series. Parrish Plessis is a cool cookie and I am about to finish book three later today. Thanks for that recommendation.

I am very thrilled for the Game of Thrones premiere on HBO later today but the TV week has been good in other ways too. Stargate Universe pulled another fantastic episode this week with the conclusion to the three females in one body story. With this quality output it is a crime that Syfy already pulled the plug, this show is really good and exciting. Supernatural and Sanctuary returned this Friday too with great episodes. And Fringe went comic, nicely done there!

We should start to get some news on renewals, cancellations and new show orders any day now. I am keeping my fingers crossed for Chuck, renew, renew!

That was all for this week, keep making suggestions for books to read.
