Weekly Journal August 22-28 2011

We had a nice company outing this Friday so I spent yesterday reading and relaxing. The day after is the day you discover you are not twenty any more.

Best read of the week is The Highest Frontier by Joan Slonczewski. It has an engaging girl protagonist who struggles with a new school, boys and aliens. Your basic science fiction school experience.

Next week it is time for the monthly posts and Lost Girl season premiere on Sunday.
