Weekly Journal February 7-13

Hi again. I have been a little under the weather this week but it is clearing up now. Hopefully I will get a bit more done next week.

I read two books this week. Hellhole by Brian Herbert & Kevin J Anderson was the first it is a surprisingly tight space opera with both rebellions and alien mysteries (review tomorrow). The other book was an anthology edited by David Weber In Fire Forged it was good but didn’t bring much new to the table.

I also watched some good TV. BBC’s Outcasts started this week. It looks promising but it is too early to tell. Outside genre one of my favorite shows Justified returned and I have been enjoyed Fairly Legal.

Next Week

My recommendation of science fiction and fantasy for March is due on Tuesday.
