I read a lot of thrilling military science fiction this week. Not exactly my intention but it so happened. War in Heaven by Gavin G. Smith was my favorite. Veteran was début of the year 2010 for me. That book should make a great movie, I could see the scenes from my inner eye as I read. Breathtaking and filled with action.
Haven is a under-appreciated show. The last season has really heated up and now we finally learned some of the secrets of Haven. I heard rumors that it might not be heading for renewal but I hope not. Friday’s finale was quite something and that cliffhanger was just cruel if they would end it now.
I just watched Doctor Who‘s finale The Wedding of River Song. Wow great finale twists. I liked the eye patches and the time effects. Now I can’t wait on the Christmas Special.
Sanctuary returns to Syfy next Friday, that is going to be fun. Amanda Tapping is one of my TV favorites since Stargate SG-1. The new season will deal with time travel, a final solution and saving the world like any normal season would. Enjoy the video:

Fall Season 2011
Terra Nova‘s premiere was better than expected. I like where it is going with the mysterious scripts and the conflict with the sixes who are a mystery in themselves. It also has the usual family drama but I like the chemistry of the characters. So just because I liked it is probably going to be cancelled. I am not bitter just experienced.
